Hi all

Can anyone tell me how should look steamvr.vrsettings file in case of ASR?

Below is option panel with ASR turned on:

But in steamvr.vrsettings i have something like that:

Shouldn't be there anything about Asynchronous Reprojection?

I don't know how to check is ASR currently "present" in games or not.

Please help me :)

ps. i have latest beta drivers for VR.

SteamVR does not interfere with either ATW or ASW, both are on by default.

You can try switching to the different modes (make sure NumLock is ON): Mode 4 is the default.

Control-Numpad1: Disables ASW and returns to the standard rendering mode (ATW only)
Control-Numpad2: Forces apps to 45Hz with ASW disabled. Depending on the application, you are likely to experience judder.
Control-Numpad3: Forces apps to 45Hz with ASW enabled. Enabling and disabling ASW will help you see the effects of ASW.
Control-Numpad4: Enables ASW. ASW automatically turns on and off, depending on whether the app maintains a 90Hz frame rate. This is the default runtime rendering mode.

I'm guessing the .vrsettings you're looking at isn't the right one, do other values change when they're changed?

they're talking about steamvr async reprojection, has absolutely nothing to do with oculus software

ASR: ON
Interleaved Reprojection: OFF
Always Reprojection: ON

Thats the best place to start and the standard for this game.

Oops, sorry just realized you wanted to see ho it looks in the file - I'll paste mine when I get home, if nobody else has by then
