Ive read about them, 150k them generating elite anacondas, i instead decided to go for lower hanging fruit and took a 60k one, in fact actually i took 2, to murder the same guy George Carter i guess the , both missions give a different set of systems to find my target but i have no idea in what part of those systems should i look for him? Check USSs? Expect him to be atracted to the delicious Nav Bacon? Find him in supercruise?

Check USS in one of the 3 systems listed and an NPC ship will appear in one who will tell you which system the target is in; then check USS in that system until he appears.
In case you don't know this one; easiest way to check USS is to cruise at minimum speed (30Km/s) and just wait for them to appear.

Whatever, the Dain Gold Dragons gave me 2 missions to kill that guy for a total of 120k i guess they really want this George Carter dead, either way im in a zone with multiple anarchy systems which means there is a chance i will be able to kill him with impunity.
to add to this look at your nav screen, the USS will pop up on there so you can target it then find it with the compass. much easier than trying to manually eyeball them!
at 30km/s you're unlikely to fly into anything. the only hazard is a pirate sneaking up on your 6.
Turns out i had to kill the same guy twice, luckily i had both USSs with him in a row, atleast it was a better fight than the wannabe harmless pirates who decided to demand my cargo with unshielded sidewinders. Turns out my quarry was a competent pilot in a viper, good shields but not so good armor.
Despite the description of the missions saying he did something ilegal the KWS did not pick up any bounties on him, nevertheless the Dain Gold Dragons paid me fat stacks for ending him twice.
Id say if these low hanging assasinations appeared more often they would be outirght OP as they heavily outweight the bounty that you get and on top of that give great rewards.
