Assassinate Missions Target Load Time

Assassinate and any similar type of kill target mission.
I am seriously getting sick of flying around target planet for 12+minutes waiting for target to arrive. Every. Single. Time. Not an exaggeration. Is anyone else having this problem?

Nope.
Takes around 60 seconds once I have the target body from my contact.

If it doesn't show, i drop out of supercruise, and hop back in again to reset the instance, incase i missed it.

When you take the mission it will have the "Wind of opportunity" sometimes (most times) these are 15-20mins from when you accept the mission. Not the greatest design choice if I don't say so.
