Assassinate Pirate Lord... missions unable to complete

Able to locate USS and kill (appropriately named) pirate but mission will not update to complete..
Able to leave distress signal (USS) and re-enter, re-kill target (named) pirate and still no update.
This has now happened on multiple assassination missions and only thing to do it let timer time-out or abandon mission.

This only started in the last few days (out here in Colonia area), specifically, Ratraii system is where MOST all I have been getting from the system I am working BGS.
