Assassination Mission bug?

Took a kill pirate lord Gaberlunzi Mission.

Get a warning ships have been sent after me. (Lady Fifington. 1/2)

Get interdicted by one and killed theLady Fifington.

Mission says it's now complete and return to base for payment. Mission tag is no longer on target system.

What about my original target? Gaberlunzi?

Known bug perhaps?

See if you can replicate it, if you can submit a report. If not, it was probably a snafu. Lol

whats the reward for completing it.
make sure you have space for cargo or data. when you have the necessary space go back into the mission board and it will appear.

Never had a ship sent after me when assassinating.
Would certainly make my job much easier though.

Once, I was interdicted by my intended target, that was kind of nice, because I'd circled the planet my target was supposed to be at like 3 times.

That sounds like a definite bug to me. It sound like there should have been two different ships to kill for the bonus and it definitely shouldn't have completed the main mission.

I've had 4 Anacondas come after me one at a time during an assassination mission. The last one turned up in the same instance as the target, who was in a Corvette. That was fun.
