Newcomer / Intro Assassination mission part II?

I've just killed off an assassination target, now there's a poor chap asking me to give him some fuel because the nasty, nasty pirates have bashed him about a bit.

I'm not carrying limpets, do I just leave him there? I don't have much choice so I'll have to.

I need a ship with more shots. Poor chap, I feel bad leaving him here.

Yes. Unless you have fuel limpets, there's nothing you can do other than shout at him to call the Fuel Rats. He won't be there when you go back.
