Hi all, in the above missions now. My target Frame Shifted away at like 5% health. I don't have FSD scanner or money. Can I go back out and find the same target in the same place? Or do i go back to Nav Beacon in this system? Or am I screwed? (Or other answer haha)

Just return to supercruse and a new target USS will appear within a few minutes. You target will be there but at full health. Happy hunting commander.
Thank you for the help. I went back in and there was 4 ships this time and I died and lost my Federal Dropship :[ I have a T6 somewhere do i need to actually travel to whereever it is or can i order it be delivered etc?

You can order the T6 delivered if you are in a station with a shipyard.
I wouldn't try the assassination mission in the T6 though

Thanks very much for your answer. ive just come back to play and so glad i checked here first as I was about to head on like a 40 jump hike in the free ship. haha no i dont even have weapons on my transporter just a badass shield and quick thrusters was making millions per hour before I got the Fed Dropship after which got in a right mess could only jump short distance and had zero money to sort my problem out
