It's a vast empty space so more likely, Noroids.

Just a thought. If Dark matter does indeed exist it could conceievably act, under the correct conditions, in a similar manner to visable matter, that is congregate into vast clouds.

If our understanding of the expansion of the universe is correct, then this can't be empty.
