At least now it doesn't lock up my comp (but still continuously crashes)

Just got a new computer! i9-10900, 2080 Super, 32GB Ram, and yet, the game still crashes after about 5 minutes of play. Especially if I'm riding a coaster. Seriously, my computer could probably play 2 instances of this game at the same time, what gives?

Check if the game is really using the GPU, and not the build in one of the CPU.
You can check ingame at the graphics options.

Might not be it, but worth a shot.

Welcome to my world. Frontier says my constant crashes are due to overclocking...but nothing is overclocked so even the bug reporter is ...bugged. This is ridiculous.

Yeah, I don't have anything overclocked. I'll look at the settings when I play next. Been working on Planet Zoo instead, at least that game works.

Figured out I can get it to work at medium graphics. I always associate top end video graphics with mid-level graphics, so it makes total sense..... (/s)

Update: still continuously crashes. Support has run through just about everything and nothing gets it to work longer than like 1/2 hour. Maybe we need an update? It's only been 10 months.
