At least one game will be getting aviaries, shame it takes place in the past.

I wish Frontier would be that up front in communication and hold back animals until they are high quality. (Looking at you, Kangaroos whos Joey use the pouches only once). This game is not even my favourite topic, but the direction Planet Zoo is currently taking dreives me to them. I'm surprised by myself, but maybe I had too much broken australia signs, world to relative axes toggle bugs and feautres that are cool just on the surface but do not go deep enough.

A part of me hopes that these guys will earn a lot of money, hire other dudes, and will gives us a zoo game in the next 2 years. They seems to be talented.

Yep, part of me does as well. As much as I love Planet Zoo, competition is healthy! And I feel like Frontier need a bit of competition lately.

I second your feelings. My only interest are real life zoos, this prehistoric subject while I completely understand how it would be appealing to many, is just not my thing. Yet I feel drawn towards this very small company, mainly because of their open communication and their commitment to their product. If only they had the resources Frontier does, in my opinion Planet Zoo from a technical and visual aspect would always be the superior product, but this company seems to be tackling all of Frontier's weaknesses. For you is the Kangaroo, for me it is the Orangutan, a model that is not only a visual crime towards its living counterpart, but does not behave in any way like an Orangutan, yet it was released. After so much time has passed not once has it been address, and almost everyone looks the other way.

Oh, the kangaroo was just an example. I second the Orang Utan.
It's impressive Frontier managed free climbing, but the frequency ith which an climbin animal uses climbable stuff definately needs work. At the moment, Frontier is going the easy way and bounds climbing needs to the amount of climbing structure. The more an animal climbs, the more climbing structure it needs. That should make them uses these more often in theory, but still most climbing animals prefer the direct ground-point while path finding, instead of always using climbing structures.

That's what I meant. I LOVE Planet Zoo, love to play it and coming from EA, Frontier still feels like heaven. But things are changing. I begin to see that a lot of the features need tweaking or are just scratching on the surface and are somewhat csometical and Frontier is beginning to communicate like the very big companys - and that is a bad thing.

I think aviaries have a high chance of coming to Planet Zoo. It took 1.5 years for Jurassic World Evolution to get its aviary, and if that game could get it with its approval process with Universal Studios, Planet Zoo may not be that far off.
