Atmospheric SRV

Not sure if this has been suggested before but I would love to see a flying vehicle (think Flying SRV) that can be purchased and put into Planetary Hanger.
So you could fly into the atmosphere of a Gas Giant and scoop the mats in the atmosphere. Like how you use the SRV for collecting mats on the surface. You could also use them to fly about on planets.

they would have to actually implement gas giant content
