Anyone ever wanted to play an isometric RPG set in the post-apocalyptic remnants of the USSR? Kind of a Fallout from the point of view of the survivors of the Great War from the other side of the front?

The interface looks very much like Wasteland 2's. I'll certainly keep an eye on it although I have found in recent years my interest in turn based RPG's has begun to wane.
