With the recent passing of Rutger Hauer it strikes me that it would be kinda neat to remember him in game.
His famous 'tears in rain' monologue from Blade Runner is probably familliar to most who are interested in Space Games, and Elite has always had a Blade Runner feel about it to me at least.

I am aware we have a Tannhauser Gate Station in the Aztlan system and I have made the pilgramige to it.

But it would be very cool if we also had 'Attack Ships On Fire Off The Shoulder of Orion' Could we have maybe a Megaship (Named after my Hauer), or a small group of Federal Assault ships permanately on fire somewhere in the betelgeuse system ? (According to google Betelgeuse is considered to be Orions right shoulder).

As far as a suggestion goes, couldn't a shoulder star in Orion be named after him? I can't check all the astro data on the phone, so I'm sorry if that's not possible.

Just like was said on the last few threads about Rutget

Petition to rename a station in the ZHI system to "zero station" to honor Psyche's fallen comrade.

I'm not entirely sure how these things work but I figured this would be a good place to start. I don't know what the process would be to have a station renamed in someones honor but this is what I would like to accomplish for one of my favorite Elite: Dangerous twitch streamers, Mrs Psyche...

Wouldnt it be cool if 'Tears in Rain' played instead of Blue Danube when you dock at Tannhauser?
