It's a truck, of 15 meters long which was advancing to 90 kms / h on the sidewalk on 2 kilometers occupied by thousands of people. The world is crazy

Just trying to catch up but many are jumping to the conclusion that Nice was possibly not a terrorist attack? Driver dead but has it been officially confirmed?

Some dutch media reports that the IS claims responsibility for the attack, but this is the only report I've seen about it.s
I'd treat it as unconfirmed until the government confirms it.
