I was in the Riedquat system and out of no where was interdicted. Being primarily a bounty hunter I failed on purpose to collect the bounty. When I came into real space there were two expert level imperial clippers, one of which just started firing. I fended them off and they jumped away. Is this normal, and were these pirates or an act of war? I'm midshipmen in Fed and have never been to an imp system and neutral with the empire.
