attacked for no reason

If you are wanted in ANY system their are NPCs that will hunt you down and attack you, when they attack you they don't become wanted either. I think the fact that it's only happening in 2.2 is coincidence, maybe you did something illegal before 2.2, or are just doing a lot more travelling now and encountering more NPCs.

Yesterday we also had Security turn on us for no apparent reason (not wanted in the system). Once happened in a wing in a RES-Zone, it may be one of us who clipped the authority and all the others just shooting his target without checking the wanted status.
When I got interdicted by a System Authority (because the system is at war), which whom I'm allied, and again, not wanted, they instantly turned red during the interdiction and in normal space too. There was a bounty hunter, who just dropped in (I maaaaay have been wanted in another system), he opened fire on me and got wanted, the system authority attacked him, but were still hostile to me. I jumped out after killing the bounty hunter, still wondering what happened.

Hmm I don't think that is entirely correct. If you are wanted (anywhere, with a current bounty) and **you are scanned** then they can kill you as you are wanted *somewhere*.
Note that system security will NOT attack you, unless you are in the system you are wanted in.
. for the last two years i was wanted somwhere in the galaxy..
