Attention Miners: Good Fishing Spots Near The Pleiades?

I've decided to take a break from BGS'ing tonight and try my hand at mining, mainly for that vaunted invite from Selene Jean. I have a rather terrible mining ship waiting in the Pleiades, placed there on the mistaken assumption it was going to be useful for Operation IDA; turns out only refined metals are needed. In order to put a lemon to good use, I'm looking for some good mining spots in or near the Pleiades.

Celaeno planet 1 is a good mining location. The station is right on top of the ring, so you don't even need to low-wake.

edit - curiously, my Galmap doesn't show the ring. Did the 'Goids steal it?

This. Its an awesome place to mine as well. Sun is close, and no supercruise necessary. Just exit the station and ... rocks!

Only problem I might have with Celaeno 1 is that the station is currently under repair. Might be an obstacle to selling cargo and restocking limpets.

Heres where to find all the pristine metallic rings in the area around Maia:

Actually the stations under repair could be an opportunity, when I last visited a station under repair their were lots of deliver Gold and Silver missions, that was pre 3.0 so it may have changed, although even mission prices pale into insignificance against Painite and Palladium prices especially in a system in Boom.

The station in Celeano, although under repair is literally meters from the pristine metallic ring. Although Merope is a beautifiul system to mine in.

Great website. :)
Would be great to implement a search function for Raw/Encrypted/... Material Traders and Technology Brokers. And for Interstellar Factors.

I would do it if I could get the data from somewhere but I don't believe it is given out via the journal API and I cannot see it in EDDB or EDSM.
