Audible NPC death chatter and ability to capture NPC ejections?

One of the things that seems most painfully missing is audio chatter from NPCs, but of all chatter, especially death audio. It'd be great to have that adding to immersion, a pilot screaming that their canopy just shattered or that their life support system is cycling smoke just before their ship is obliterated. I realize it'd bother some people, but an added option to switch the voices off should fix that.

Additionally to that, it would also be great if NPCs sometimes ejected into a resource, like slaves, that you could capture. Especially if you could get paid higher bounties for bringing in someone alive.

I'd love it if FD would incorporate this into the game, and add the options to the menu for configuring it. For now, I'd be happy if they'd add the text messages to the log output so we could configure Voice Attack to read them out in a variety of voices.

Capture NPC ejections:

I'd be delighted with this, especially if it applied to Commanders too. Just imagine, if you will - upon your ship's destruction, your cockpit gets replaced with a much smaller one, where you have no control of your escape pod. The pod automatically locks on to your destination, maneuvers towards it, and charges the FSD. If you make it, you get to see the insurance screen... if not, time to start a new Commander.

But I'm aware that not everyone plays the "death-means-restart" way.
