Audio Notification for incoming Chat

With using TrackIR, I find I do not always have the chat window in view. I have had several messages come in from CMDRs that I didn't see until I was long gone.

Could a 'Incoming Message from xxxxx' audio message be introduced please? If not for all incomings, at least for other CMDRs.
