Made some additions and edits. If this were to be done, the siamang and sifaka would be amazing since they're different rigs. However, I'm not sure how brachiating would work since climbing in general is janky

The only thing I can imagine for brachiating considering the animation limitations is a specific enrichment item. If you can picture it, a post at one end, a post at the other, and a stretch of rope in between them (in varied sizes, 2m, 4m, 8m, 12m, 16m). You could place this item in connection with the rest of the habitat's climbing equipment, but basically the animal (gibbon, orangutan) would climb up the post at one end, swing across the rope, and climb down the post at the other. The only thing I'm unsure of is whether there'd be a way to make it seamlessly continue swinging to a connected post/rope system or whether you'd only be able to do it in a single stretch.

Not ideal, of course, but it could be an easier solution to the brachiation question than trying to make it work with existing items.

What if every time a new DLC comes out an animal that could've been in the pack goes to the Deluxe edition? I mean it's 12$ for 3 animals, so for now that's pretty inconvenient in my opinion

They should add at least one more easy animal to make it equal to the other packs. I vote for the nile crocodile.
