Auto dock issue

Not sure where to report this bug but around 5pm today I had my first Auto Dock death. Had about 900,000cr, 6 missions pending and was docking at a settlement planet with a full commodity payload and somehow the autodock got my ship stuck in a building, couldn't get it unstuck and eventualy the base attacked and killed me. Lucky i got my full modded ASP Explorer back due to insurance but now I have 1000 credits. Uuug can anything be done?

In a situation where the ship is stuck with no in-game solution log out. Upon return the problem will be resolved. Some exceptions are an SRV leaning against a wall pointing straight up etc.
