Hello,
enjoying EDO so far a lot. Wasn't even doing any of the boot stuff, as suggested by many users, to get the most of the parts I have been missing out the last couple of years. However, I still feel there could be major convenience improvements in the Galaxy map.
1. if you go to the Galaxy map via mission selection(mission board), your current system, and the system related to the mission will both be marked by a triangle. What I am missing upon hovering above any of the two, is a display of course without actually setting the course. I just want to know where the course is going to send me. To display that information I need to set the course, which is rather inconvenient for simple information gathering.
2. to eas up on the, how I'd like to name it, "system dot overkill", I would really appreciate a feature to filter systems around your current system by lightyears, so that only those systems will be displayed, that are actually = filtered light years distance from your position away. It is somewhat confusing for me as newcomer, to get a clear sight on my surroundings in the Galaxy map.
