Autosell commodity rewards on full/no cargoracks

Just as the title says.
I don't care for that cargo, and it doesn't have any uses besides selling anyway.
I just had a couple of passenger missions, and sold all my cargo racks. and suddenly I can't deliver the passengers because they can't give me their stupid 4 tonns worth 4000credits total. I didn't do the mission for that cargo. So just get rid of it. Heck even for free.
Better yet, get rid of cargo rewards alltogether. Just make sure you alter the engineer invite quest that requires the 25 telemetry suits or whatever. That quest was bullcrap anyway.

The mission code isn't very consistent on this. You can't complete a passenger mission without cargo space, but there's no problem when it's a data, cargo, mining, or a combat mission. For these, the mission cargo reward is discarded.
