Avatars and building improvments?

heyy frontier!! gottta say i love everything about this game! was wondering however have you guys thought of making the experience a lil more personalised for the player? would be nice if we could own an avatar like character so we could roam around in game without having to 'possess' the bodies of emplyeees x'D and then maybe be able to go inside buildings? since the games just about one island park per round i think the experience within should and could be improved! its just a thought though personaly i thinkn the game is awesome already and so far i havent found serious glitches or moodkillers wich is great!! :3
