Avoid Posting Discoveries While Exploring?

Crusina, after a few weeks of exploring and making my way out into the Formidine Rift, I couldn't agree more with your comment that my discoveries are nothing special. Nobody in their right mind would go through the 100s of jumps to claim one of my discoveries when there are so many places to explore. And, should a fellow wanderer happen across them, it's not a big deal. I'm probably not going to even notice when eventually selling.

Cherrybark, you do need to be cognizant of posting really cool discoveries before selling though, at least with the system names not edited out. I naively posted on reddit about a black hole that was visibly moving in orbit around a Herbig AE/BE star and figured I'd have plenty of time the next day to travel 500 LY or so to Sag A* and sell. Nope! The system was sniped quite thoroughly before I got back. I still have the credit on EDSM for the first visit, but it was a wakeup call for sure. So, I either a) edit out names of systems/bodies if I post about them before selling, or b) make sure I sell first.
