I just found a couple of small but in-depth details, it's not really important for gameplay, but I do love to notice such things.
1. NPCs can randomly chat with each other. Not directly scripted.
How I found it? Well, I was blocking an NPC way and trying to move her to the shop, just to see if any NPC can enter or it's scripted areas.
Eventually, I succeed. And after some time, the "pushed" NPC asked some question to another NPC who was watching the shelves.
That second NPC turned around and answered, then they chatted for couple more sentences and said goodbye.
I was really impressed by that system! Hey Frontier Developer who invented & coded this - a personal thank you!
2. A smaller thing, just noticed a bit different landing pad when entered my ship's hangar. There was some open panels on the floor, a filling hose, etc.
Don't remember I seen such pad before. One idea is that may be because I just purchased this ship?
Anyway, I love such small details - they making the game world much more immersive and believable.
Though when I managed to push an NPC to the elevator, the NPC just disappeared :-( Sad, no guests on a ship
