FRONTIER DEVELOPMENTS ~ Thank you for an awesome looking Alpha 2.0, looks like you guys dropped it on the backers pretty late on which means some poor dudes had to work overtime!

I salute you.....now time to get back on twitch and try to spot some forumites getting obliterated!

Mazrocks, can you expand on what you like about the Alpha particularly? Just the graphics or.... Certainly is good that the staff weren't scared to push out the Alpha late at night, that was an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

I like the feeling of being in the spaceship and flying through either the the asteroids or the capital ship. These things pull my attention in. I really like the sound effects too. If you get a chance to just listen, there's so much going on.

Sure thing. I absolutely love the art style in this game, I couldn't have imagined it better. I know some members find the cockpits a bit garish and colourful, but I love it and cannot wait for beta to come round so I can have a spin myself!

Ship design is really cool as well and I'm glad we can finally see the scale of the Federal battlecruiser finally!

Yes, the color gives of the cheerfulness to the game. The space being mainly dark, and the human bring as many lights and colors as they can. For overcome the sadness, the fear and the boredom

For me, It's not that it makes it more cheerful or anything, but it looks so alive and functional. I know SC is still in a pre alpha stage (I also back Star Citizen ) but the cockpits, and the in space graphics themselves don't really do much for me,I find them very bland to look at, so I think Frontier have really come through on this one. Can't wait to see some other cockpits, as we have only really seen the sidewinder so far!
