i arrive at a station go down to check base mission,not a npc giver, apex staff.barman etc. to be seen. A relog sorts it BUT im a king and dont expect to make my entrance twice to get there attention,to block with them.

NPCs don't care about your rank. They'll complain about you wasting their time or insinuate that next time they'll find illegal things on you as much as they want.

The were all on break, you know, union rules and all that.

Just had this happen for the second time since U16.
Both times it's been on outposts and the mission provider at the left end of the bar.

Mission providers go missing all the time. I started to track them but it became clear once I started to look for it that it was extremely common and most people just don't notice.
