AX missiles Experimental and X experimental scanner (alien satellite)

I randomly saw these and purchased them while doing passenger missions in the bubble today. For those who’ve run into Thargoids, if you have these scanners, can you communicate or see text or something?

im not out to fire upon anyone but I’m also thinking these new missiles may have damage capabilities or maybe just random new item???

The scanner allows you to see what you are dealing with if you encounter a Tharg and it gives you target Infos about its health, hearts (Thargoid subsystems) Without you only get columns of numbers. AX Missiles are the new Stuff to beat up the Thargs (Anti Xeno) They do damage to Human ships too, but I don't know how effective they are there.

She's not really the merchant type I guess. She developed the toys and leaves the distribution to others. Also she has been contracted to develop the missiles, and to be honest, if I was her I wouldn't want pilots to swarm my engineering base to purchase missile racks...

So, precisely the opposite modus operandi to EVERYTHING else the engineers provide then..?

She's the sole source of higher-level missile upgrades in the entire galaxy. If she doesn't want pilots swarming her base she might want to expand on the franchising thing.
