AX Reactivation mission: still completely bugged !

I tried to type in this bug report in the issue tracker but I cannot complete it, I don't know why.
So here it comes..

I got in the system CHINAS 2 missions to implement one regulator in a power plant within the same system on two different planets.
But I received only ONE regulator for both missions!!!

The missions counted later as completed, but only because I installed my own regulator during the second mission. There was enough space in my ship for several hundred energy regulators!

FD,
I don't know what kind of QA you have... unbelievable that this mission still doesn't work correctly!
For months there are plenty bug reports in your issue tracker for this issue, then you announce with the latest update that these missions are fixed and what do I have to see, NOTHING IS FIXED!

Still completely bugged! The power in the settlement "CHAUHAN AGRICULTURAL HOLDING" where I was supposed to restore power was fully operational/online, power was established when I arrived.

Then second mission target "LORENZ MILITARY ENTERPRISE" , even better!
I approached the settlement, also fully functional BUT this one informed me "weapon detected" or something similar, got red and launched a mission at my ship??
I have not triggered any weapon. I got a fine of 250 credits by "Leaders of Chinas" ... for what? I have a neutral reputation to that faction and no open fines.

This makes no fun at all.
FD what are you doing??

Yesterday, I had 3 in a row fail to complete, the only way I could complete the mission was pull the regulator, log out, change modes and log back in, then it would complete the mission.

yes, nothing seems to be fixed here. Took 4 missions, 3 were bugged, had lost fun to continue..

It's really frustrating. These bugs have been around for a year and FD can't seem to fix them. Now comes the "Update 17" in which they mention several times what all the bugs should be fixed in this environment and it is immediately noted that nothing is fixed.

The issue with reactivation missions sending you to active settlements is still a thing and very frustrating. I had one where the only reactivation missions available were for the only active settlement in the system! 🤦 I've found the trick is to hunt around a few systems and make sure every settlement still has docking access down - scan the nav beacon & look for the cross on the settlements in the navigation panel.

Yea, it's a shame, I haven't been able to do any yet and it's been like this for more than a year, and for the remainder of the chapter, I doubt that they'll do anything yet. It is very big bug, since it is a part of the systems recovery and it is literally broken.

A workaround is to do them in the first week of a system's recovery - it seems to be guaranteed that they will all still be offline then. Their state only appears to change once every week with that weekly reset.

Also just don't take them if they send you to another nearby recovery system, but that is unlikely to be an issue unless you're around a Titan with connections as dense as Indra(which might be the only one with such a system density near it).
