Azeban City Docking Bay Turned Off?

I tried docking there but the lights to the entrance was off. It was eerie. Did something happen? I requested docking but there was no response.

or you're not welcome there, or, they're gone vacation, or.... it's simply still closed and you'll have to wait 6am for opening times ^^

Probably a bug. My first time trying to dock ended in a bit of a surprise when Azeban City vanished into thin vacuum. Oddly, all the holo-billboards remained.

Azeban City is a hot mess right now. They should do a 1.01 solely for that system, then move on to everything else...
