Baade's Window

I was just reading this interesting article about Baade's Window and was wondering if this is in the Elite Galaxy. Any CMDRs come across this on their journey to the core?

There are many NGC 65xx clusters near the galactic core. Could this be represented in Elite by the Great Annihilator black hole?
