Back after a long break - What's the new update like for VR users?

I've been tempted back to the game for various reasons, and now I see the new update with space legs is incoming, I guess, soon (ish), but this doesn't really interest me as I am not into first person shooters.

So, for the usual game (usual used with irony here,because ED is exceptional), what will change for the average VR user?
