Just thought I would let you chaps know how my first major expedition turned out, what!

Credits earned - 12.5 million
New discoveries - about 30'ish maybe more
Furthest reached - Elephants trunk nebula
Rank increase - Pathfinder

I would like to say it was good fun, what! but it wasn't.

I would also like to add that the first couple of thousand light years was very frustrating as I just kept hitting discovered systems that had been completely scanned dry, what!

Nah, watching paint dry in slow motion isn't boring. Try watching grass grow in the Sahara Desert, at night, during a Lunar Eclipse, blindfold (and you are not allowed to fall asleep). Now THAT is boring.

Yeah. I get really impatient around my newcomer friends when they take an entire day to go 1000ly when I can do that and scan everything I want within an hour or less.
