Backer's Login not reconizing me

I went to login to look at the package I bought, but it does not reconize my account.

Anyone else see this or have an answer?

are you talking about the backer app? if so did you remember to input the first 3 letters of the security code? this is a new security feature since the backers app reopened and has caught out quite a few of us so far.

Keep us appraised Blix in case you have any further issues. I had to do a password reset myself.

Well if I'm stupid enough to put in all 6 at caption rather than 3, then I need to man up an say DOH.. lol.... good lord.
