Umm... that link doesn't answer the question at all. The decision about which platforms is a Microsoft one (as stated before) however the ridiculously low Zoo Limit on X1 is what they are asking about. A system that is 8x-10x times more powerful than the 360 can only handle the same limit as the lesser machine in single player?

Frontier just needs to come out and say they aren't touching the game again. Or that they will fix it but at a later date.

It's not going to get any better when the game gets a wide release on Xbox One come February 3rd, 2014 in the United States. A lot more people are likely to get the game since it'll be available at all USA retailers selling Xbox One games and rental places like Gamefly and possibly Redbox.
I won't be surprised to see customer reviews complaining about the "Zoo Limit" and complaints on various forums start up again.

The game still hasn't been released in all the stores in the US? Game has been out for a while, I'm surprised it's been that long.
What baffles my mind is the fact that this subject has been on this forum almost since the game was released and we haven't received a relpy yet or explanation. In fact it is the most viewed post on the forum, over 8,000 views, so it shows it is something very much on nearly everyones mind. The post is entitled 'zoo limit' a couple down from this one.
There is also another post connected with this subject entitles 'park guest spiralling into dispair'. The subject of the post is self explanitory in the title and is a problem mainly caused by the fact that you can't satisfy the guests needs adequately in a challenge zoo or in unlimiited money mode because of the zoo limit. Simply put the guests get bored with the small amount of exhibits and stands you can place before you hit the limit. The only workaround so far is to keep buldozing your zoo and rebuilding it with different exhibits and moving your food/drinks stands around. This means that zoo you put effort in to looking the way you want has to keep on bieng destroyed and re-written. Or you can just quit and start another. Both solutions defeating the main reason people start and want to maintain a zoo in the challenge modes. To put their individual stamp an a zoo using their imagination and creativity and maintaint it while developing it.
Neither of the above post have been offered any insight from the moderators ( whose hands are tied by Frontier I suspect ) or by Frontier themselves. The zoo limit thread has been ignored entirely and the Park guest thread had at least a reply from a moderator who managed to get someone from Frontier to promise some tips to combat this. The reply was he was 'to busy at the moment....' and has been left at that helpful reply for over a month now.
Moderators are monitoring this forum as seen in the reply to this thread. But no new information is bieng given out. Just cut and paste replies like the one above, despite the fact that people have been politely asking for more information in the threads I mentioned....
Seriously a "Sorry we are very busy but promise to give the information we promised several weeks ago as soon as we have time' reply from Frontier is beyond them? That sentence took just a few seconds for me type...Is the message that Frontier's time is so precious it cant take time out to do that, is this the message they want to convey to people that have invested something equally precious - their money? Or could it be that the info promised is not really existing. That there is nothing more to do other than what we have figured out ourselves within the severe limits of the game. I hope I am wrong....

I don't get it either.
It's already been two months and I find it disappointing that a developer is ignoring a game they created as well as the players that play it. Especially when this is a launch title for a $500 next gen system.
Unable to communicate with the development team is one thing but not returning to that offer for help as you mentioned is just a bit off-putting as a player.
