Balancing bounty CG's for both onfoot and in ship

The idea is for cgs, like one we have this week in Gliese 868 for handing in bounties. I would suggest to change it that count for CG progress should be not as amount of money gathered but count of bounties collected (1 for person, 1 for ship ). Like in shipping cargo. There is no transaction credit count but per tone count.
Example:
What i like to do ATM is when im doing missions on foot im scanning every single person and killing only ppl with bounties on them ;] (stealth assasinations) but those are paid very poorly. So if event like this one occurs, kills count instead of money count would be far more fair, and you have one more additional option how to participate in CG,s like that in the future ;]

EDO exclusive items will be worked on EDH usable content is dead...
EDO exclusive CGs could be offered and planned but any thing that run in EDH is dead/frozen as is..
Move on to EDO exclusive ground bounties that offer CGs yep, EDH Ship nope.

That would hurt ship bounty hunting a lot. It would no longer make sense to go for big targets, as they are slower to kill. The balancing would have to be done through the bounty amount per on foot kill. Meanwhile war CGs have the opposite problem. Ground combat bonds pay way better than ship combat bonds.

Yes, big ship targets takes longer to kill, but for ground targets you need to fly to onfoot locations first, after that lookout on setttlement defences, alarms, guards and so on, overall atm Im killing more wanted ships per hour (even big and chunky ones) in extraction sites than killing ppl with bounty on them per hour.
About Combat bonds from conflict zones. Yes i agree, from onfoot conflict zones i get much more than from inspace conflict zones, but that is a separate issue imo ;]

Don't forget relog farming. You can't do it with materials, but you can totally relog Farm bounties. You would be able to get 30 + bounties every 5 minutes or so, and completely dominate the leaderboard.

The problem is the current bounty locations on foot just aren't very difficult, and therefore they can't be very rewarding. What they need to do is add actual pirate bases, not just Anarchy bases. Wave after wave of high-level criminals, providing suitable challenge appropriate to a significant reward.
 
I would argue that there is nothing wrong with keeping bounty hunting CGs favouring ship combat. The other variant of combat CG (conflict zones) is already heavily biased towards on foot gameplay, and recently those CGs occured much more frequently than bounty hunting ones.

Depends on your ship and loadout. Anaconda that is only mastrer I kill for few seconds. A lot faster than on foot where you need to land and scan and pay attention for other npcs.

About relog farming. Well, not all ppl on ground bases are "wanted" you will not even get a half of bounties you described, killing non wanted targets don t get you any count or money, ( only notoriety on yourself ;] ), and about slaying everything as you say.... there should be revese count when you kill innocent or something so you need to put effort for killing only wanted ones. and don't get me wrong im not talking about balancing money you get for kills, im not against ground target give less money, im talking about handling bounties when tere is CG in "x" system. Im talking about CG progress sytem, if every each bounty you hand in was also counted as "per bounty" for those would be more balanced ino. Ofc you will still get more money for hand in ship bounties anyway because you do anyway without CG atm.
