Banki - Goal Bug?

I've been running community goals in Banki for the feds. I turned in a couple of merc runs, both completed. But when I did, my reputation for fed took a nose-dive.

Yes, I selected the right faction and no I didn't friendly fire. Wondering if my game is boked because of a long-outstanding issue I've had since launch.

Has this happened to anyone else?

My rep with feds has been impossible to improve. I've donated slaves, hauled crap, done everything possible but it keeps sinking. Not user error, I can see who the opposing faction is (usually some obscure faction) and deliveries are always on time, etc.

So what's going on?

Warzone kill missions have been bugged like this as far back as I can remember. You don't need to do them for the community goal though - just sign up once at the bulletin board then go fight. You progress by turning in combat bonds, not by taking missions.

If I take warzone contracts FOR the advanced whatever they are called (same group the community goal is for, ignore the warzone/merc contracts from other groups), for me i get positive rep with the federation (blue arrow up on federation but not the advanced gold whatever faction) from what I can see and neg rep with the right faction.

If I just turn in combat vouchers I get no rep either way.
