Camera angle is very low, and has almost no purpose ( if the idea was to simulate curb cams it is good, but in that case the view direction is bad, as real curb camera are filming etheir the front or the back, not the side of the car, i believe ) ...
This is more a personal appreciation and a cosmetic effect...
