General / Off-Topic Base Building?

I was pretty much grasping at straws thinking of any PS4 games that have really necessary or engaging base building, but the following games at least feature some sort of settlement or defence building...
Fallout 4 has mostly optional settlement building, though you can build some impressive things in it, if you find you enjoy what it offers.
Fortnite then (a game i haven't played) exists in two forms, the money up front Fortnite: Save the World and its' free to play spin off Battle Royale (both of which can be played independently of each other) and both feature either defence or base building of some kind.
The PS3's Starhawk is another game featuring some level of base or defence building...
(Again, i haven't played it, though i did play 2007's Warhawk, which was a good game, though it didn't feature any building elements

After them, i really can't think of any Playstation games featuring base or defence building, though the following games, feature straight (city) building if you're interested in it, Tropico 5, the forthcoming Tropico 6 and Cities: Skylines are all good options.
(Edit - The way i typed that it kind of sounds like the PS4 version of Cities... still has to come out, though it released in August last year, Tropico 6 though looks well on its' way to completion, though we'll have to wait a few months more than the PC crowd to get it on our system of choice:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xYvbx0cYhYY .)
Lastly, if you've got a half decent PC from the last ten plus years or so, the platforms many RTS games, might be your best option, for example, 2005's Age of Empires iii is still playable online (and it features an extensive single player campaign), it's still a very good game and many players still play it (as i still do about every six months or so )...
(With its' two expansions having come out in 2006 and 2007, while AoE IV, its' long delaying sequel having been announced in August last year, though we haven't heard anything about it since .)

7 Days to die. They released this zombie game as a Alpha still being worked on with a new graphic engine later this year. Only flaw for now is the random zombie dogs spawn which is 95% chance of instant death outside the base.
