Base not appearing in contacts

I'm sitting a little over a click outside an Imperial mining outpost with the ambitious name of August Von Steinheil Base. It does not appear in my contacts, even after logging out and back in.

Bug? Feature? Any other way to ask them for a pad? I am running on fumes with a hold full of personal weapons, so I could really use the gas.

Tempest, I owe you a beer. I turned them off when I was experimenting with cool running, and apparently forgot to turn them back on. You guys all know how hard that switch is to reach on a Viper. (ha)
