Base system suggestion for an independent pilot?

Ignore my signature, Alliance wasn't working out; prefer being truly solo.

Was looking for a good system to base my two Cobras in.

Ideally, an independent system that's high tech, as close to the centre of the bubble as possible.

Anyone know of any worthy candidates?

i also like the palmtree station in tau ceti, but it isn't high tech.

I Like Thunderbird as a center for working systems. Good BB bucks and enough action to work up ratings.
