Ship Builds & Load Outs Basic Scanner Doesn't Work...?

:DHi,
... ... ... I own a ASP Explorer...
With new weapons and other things... Also with Basic Scanner to Scan for astronomical objects and so on...
I've specifically assigned a keyboard key for the Basic Scanner...
However, the Basic scanner then doesn't show up and No Indication in the game nor in the ship's cockpit Looking forward...
Says in the cockpit that Basic Scanner takes 0% of system resources, No indication of any Priority...
When press key to Charge the Basic Scanner, of course, however there is no Indication in the Cockpit
of the Basic Scanner getting Charged to Scan...?:D
___Someone knows how to deal with Problem...?

AFAIK the disco scanner(s) have to be activated by a fire button in a fire group, I use the second fire button on my ships in the first fire group, for the data scanner I use the second fire button in the second fire group.

I already tried everything...
Set specific joystick buttons, even keyboard keys assignment,
tried 1st fire group, 2nd fire group, and even 3rd fire group...
Basic scanner also doesn't seem to take any systems energy resource, says 0% and no priority...
Doesn't appear in the HUD Display of the cockpit, no indications whatsoever...
___Know how to solve this problem...?:D

There is no basic scanner.

There is the DSS and the advanced scanner.

The rest of the exploratory scanners are bugs that resided in the game code.

Just check in the optional modules section in outfitting that you have either a Basic, Intermediate or Advanced discovery scanner fitted to your ship, here's my Asp X build it has a detailed surface scanner and an Advanced discovery scanner fitted in the optional modules section

Is it powered down in the ship's system display? in the image below the cargo hatch has been disabled check and see if the disco scanner has been been as well

My Basic Discovery Scanner Does shows up in the ___Modules___ Selection...
On the ___Type___ Says ...SYS...
On the ___Power___ Says ...0%...
On the ___Priority___ Then, Blanc , Does not show anything...
On the ___Health___ Says ...100%...
Besides, I already tried everything...
First, Deactivate the Basic Discovery scanner, then Reactivate it and
even click on it and tried to Repair it, even tried to assign Priority
to it, However, No Effects, does NOT change anything...
Even tried to sell it, so it'd be gone, then go to another Station
to buy a New One, Still won't work...
Also, the scanner does not Show Up in My ASP Explorer Hud Display, There is no indication...
Know how to solve this problem..?

If it's not showing up on the HUD it's not assigned to a fire group, heres some images from my systems and fire group panels

I've got a detailed surface scanner fitted as well and the data link scanner was added in a recent update

The fire group is where you assign weapons and scanners to either fire button one or two, I had a quick look through the game controls and couldn't find key binding for disco scanners

In fire group 1 I've got my gimballed weapons assigned to fire button 1 and I've assigned my turrets to fire button 2 along with the Advanced discovery scanner (the detailed discovery scanner activates automatically when it's close enough to the target planet), the data link scanner is in fire group 2 as it's seldom used, you do need to switch between fire groups to use the weapon/scanner assigned to them so that will need a key mapped to it.

If none of that works you'll have to raise a bug report I guess
