After researching, can tell you what i found out (and implemented...)
There is NO app that you can use (lets say "directly") with ED, as they do in racing games (simhub etc). What I did is this....
So all sound th PC makes is replicated to both soundcards. Motherboard cards plays all, but the USB card only gets LF sounds.
The results is amazing. (Got one under seat and second on my pedals as i got a sim rig).
The Voice meter app is free for 30days, then it asks for some donation. It is amazing, so i personally recommend doing, as its worth every penny !!!)

- Got my self 2 bass shakers (Dayton Audio BST-1) and a small USB Amp (Douk Audio 2x50w rms)
- Downloaded Voice Meter Banana software. This allows to mix different sound cards (ie motherboards and the USB card for the shakers).
- Within the Voice meter app, and found out how to flter ONLY low frew sounds to pass to the USB sound card.
