Battlezone (PC/VR)

I see that Battlezone is now out (for PC/Oculus Rift)... been waiting for months for this, but has anyone got it ? Is it good ?
The demos look great - and you're in control of a Cobra as well !
Haven't seen any reviews yet (apart from older PS reviews). It seems to be getting pretty good ratings on the Oculus Store.

I remember the demo of the old Activision '98 version - that was so epic...

It's good alright. Very arcadey, ofc it's based on an arcade game after all. Just don't go in expecting a full-blown RTS or anything, this isn't BZ´98. Though there's some boardgame-like decision-making on the strategic map between missions.

The wireframe classic mode is very cute.

I'd love it if they actually remade the only 98' Battlezone games. I loved then so much.

The new VR one actually looks more like Assault Tanks... Or atleast I think that was it's name. Lol
