Horizon also did one called Swallowed By a Black Hole that was done in 2013 that is available through 'other means'. This was about a gas cloud that was detected heading towards the Super Massive Black Hole in our galactic core.
Both are proper documentaries, not your typical Discovery/history channel garbage and are well worth a watch
