So ive gone to join up the Federation and try to take back this system but how, there are no conflict zones there? Any one any ideas??? or am I being a cabbage? (Don't Answer That)

There is a conflict zone there, (low intensity) I just flew 210LY to find a load of bored CMDRs sat at the beacon with nothing to shoot, occasionally an enemy NPC eagle spawned, and it was quite funny to see 20 things shooting it at once, but aside from that it seems bugged or finished or something, idk.
Did the same thing until I reread the galnet article and flew to Khasiri to officially sign up for the fight at Matteucci Terminal. Now when you cash in your combat bonds they count like a community event.

Yea, reading is very important, you wouldn't notice that it tells you to go to Khasiri if you didn't pay attention.
No I have signed up at the right place BUT...... when you go to CD+03 yadda yadda yadda there is NO conflict zone. I would have thought that the system that needs liberating would have a few wars taking place.... or am I still being a Cabbage
