Flew into Tote, to do some upgrades on Alison The Asp. Didn't notice that the Sirius discounts were not in effect until I tried to buy the new stuff in outfitting. Finding uprated stuff was a pain, after that.
Only found out about the Turmoil, after reading Galnet. Really annoying. Had to fly around a *lot* to find the gear.
