Hardware & Technical Be careful with your ps/2 cable.

If you have a HOTAS with a ps/2 cable connecting the throttle to the stick, like a X52, then be careful cause the metal pins on the end of the cable are really quite fragile. If you unplug them too hard, they can become bent out of shape, which can sometimes be fixed by bending them back with a tiny needle.

I made this mistake yesterday, and I now have to find a replacement.
 
I think it was on the DCS forum, or maybe LOMac, but someone did a really nice walk through of replacing the ps/2 ports with RJ45's
