I don't think that'll happen any time soon. The "online" install lets them slurp all sorts of goodies.
I've send request with the problem to supprt 4 days ago.

Where can i download full oculus runtime 1.3 driver (842MB) from direct download link (if it`s posible), but not OculusSetup.exe (2,78MB)? I think my provider is limit download speed of torrents protocol! My download speed during oculus runtime installation is about 20-25kB/s. But when i download something else frome other resourses i have 800-900kB/s!!!

The only place to download the Oculus Home software, is https://www.oculus.com/en-us/setup/.
You mention you have a DK2, can you make sure you have full uninstalled all previous Oculus runtimes and software before installing the new Oculus software.

You mention you have a DK2, can you make sure you have full uninstalled all previous Oculus runtimes and software before installing the new Oculus software.

Please, read my request carefully!
I try to explain what i doing step by step:
1. I've full uninstall previous (0.8) version of Oculus runtimes and software, reboot.
2. I've cleanup win register with Reg Organizer, reboot.
3. I've download and make clear installation of latest nVidia drivers for my 970Strix, reboot.
4. I've download OculusSetup.exe (2.78MB) from link above
5. I run OculusSetup.exe with administrator rights. Everything is fine, but the moment when the OculusSetup installer begin download software ("Installing Oculus Software" 842MB sign on the screen). It's downloading with slow speed about 20-25 kB/s, then slowly, slowly, slowly ...and Oculus installer displays a connection error!
But OculusSetup.exe (2.78MB) was downloaded with 800-900 kB/s speed!!!
OculusSetup installer simply CAN'T download itself software because i have not stable internet connection! I know that my ISP is limit torrents downloads, may be is it problem?
And besides, your OculusSetup installer not restore download, but clear all files in Temp\OculusSetup folder and starts download from begining with the next it start!!!
Maximum i've downloaded of Oculus Software is 17MB from 842MB!!!!!!!!!!!
I've try many, many and many attempts ...but nothing!
And my question is:
Where can i download FULL OFFLINE OCULUS SOFTWARE INSTALLER?
May be you can UPLOAD FULL INSTALL PACKAGE (842MB) of Oculus Software elsewhere for me? Perhaps a cloud service such as dropbox or other?
I don't know what to do!
I can't play my favorite games with DK2!!!
I've bought DK2, i've bought LeapMotion, i've bought Elite Dangerous+Horizons, i've bought Prepare3D with FlyInside!
But what i have today (week after new Oculus drivers relise) - NOTHING!!! And my DK2 just lying on the table!!!
Guys, i am not a one with the same issue!!! You must do something with that problem!!!
